Hosting an MSCAP Fellow

Gain access to a pipeline of highly-skilled military spouse talent by hosting fellows through the Military Spouse Career Accelerator Pilot program. One matched with a host company, fellows participate in 12 weeks of in-person or remote on-the-job training at their host company. This program is offered at no cost to the host companies; the pilot is fully subsidized by the Department of Defense. And once the military spouse fellow completes the program, you have the opportunity to bring them onto your team full time.
