Spouse Education and Career Opportunities (SECO) Program
MySECO provides military spouses with expert education and career guidance. The program also offers comprehensive information, tools and resources to support career exploration, education, training, and licensing, employment readiness, and career connections.
- SECO Career Center: Offers free comprehensive coaching services, including specialized coaching packages to eligible military spouses.
- MySECO Website: A one-stop online career and education toolbox that provides information, resources, and interactive features designed to assist military spouses pursuing educational and career goals.
- Self-Assessments: Through the MySECO website, military spouses may access a variety of self-assessments to help them learn more about themselves and what careers may interest them.

Hiring Our Heroes is a DoD-authorized SkillBridge provider.
- Career Forward Fellowship
Transitioning service members, military spouses, and veterans complete a Google Career Certificate of their choosing through Career Forward prior to applying to the Career Forward Fellowship. Active duty members may use the Career Forward
Fellowship for their SkillBridge or they can choose a second option, which is a learning based SkillBridge known as the Career Forward Training Track. - Corporate Fellowship
The fellowship provides transitioning service members with processional training and hands-on experience in the civilian workforce. The fellowship features a 12-week syllabus and runs three times a year at select military installations and in host cities around the country. - Salesforce Fellowship
Transitioning service members, and military spouses gain targeted experience as a certified Salesforce professional during a 12-week fellowship. The hands-on experience prepares fellows for a smooth transition into Salesforce careers. - Skills-based Fellowship
Transitioning service members and military spouses focus on developing the skills needed to launch successful careers in high-demand fields such as skilled trades, technology, administration, and finance. The fellowship provides relevant workplace experience paired with upskilling.
Solar Ready Vets Fellowships
Through a Department of Energy-funded grant, transitioning service members who are eligible to participate in a Hiring Our Heroes fellowship (corporate or skills-based) connect with solar employers for 12 weeks of work-based experience in a wide range of roles, intended to lead to full-time employment.
