Drive For Success
Step into a high-demand, high-paying transportation career with Drive for Success, a Class A CDL training scholarship through TransForce’s Master Driving Program.
This innovative program, offered in collaboration with TransForce, connects members of the military community with high-demand transportation careers.
The initiative stems from the nationwide effort to eliminate the truck driver shortage while connecting veterans and their families with meaningful careers. Veterans, military spouses, members of the Guard and Reserve, and military dependents are eligible to participate.


Program participants will earn Class A CDL with the Drive for Success training scholarship for TransForce’s Master Driving Program. The scholarships will cover all program costs, excluding meals and incidental expenses.
After graduating from the program, put your Class A CDL to work in a driving career with your choice of local, regional, or over-the-road (ORT) job with one of hundreds of employers around the country.

To be eligible for this program, interested students must be a veteran, military spouse, member of the Guard or Reserve, or military dependent and meet the following criteria:

At least 18 years of age

Pass a required drug test

Valid driver's license and clear background check

Be able to pass the Department of Transportation physical

Veterans must have an Honorable or General Under Honorable Conditions discharge
